Good benefits, shut down week in July is nice, growing industry! I really love the customer base - fun industry. Good pay and opportunities to earn bonuses (only reason I have not switched jobs).

Cons

E-Gaming Management needs to be replaced! Manager is untruthful and harasses employees daily. Negative work culture, lots of favoritism and often discouraged to report to HR. Management needs to be trained on how to be professional and conflict resolution.
