      Pros

      Company is trying to grow the business which is extremely admirable and people here are great to work and interact with. If company can get their processes to run more smoothly, I think it could be a profitable company.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, as great as the people are, the processes and products are constantly changing and making it extremely difficult to know what the changes are and what we are actually selling.

      not applicable basic holidays off (new years day, x-mas, thanksgiving, the 4th of july, etc)

      Cons

      crappy benefits they just laid off a bunch of employees and kept some contracts, then hired a few contractors management is terrible to many clicks/groups of friends and no objective management no training they say you can switch jobs but that's a lie
