The science is top notch and there is a sense of cohesion and mission across all levels within the organization. There is also an established social contract where the company takes care of its employees and the employees give it their all. The benefits are terrific including fully paid health insurance for employees, daily free lunch and reimbursable dinners if working late, and unlimited time off. The leadership team is down to earth and highly engaged with the employees.
