ArsenalBio has, at its helm, a great leader in Ken Drazan and a great vision for what it wants to accomplish in the next 2-5 years. The science here is cutting edge and allows for the possibility of delivering the best in class CAR-T therapy for treating solid tumors. The company is forward thinking and diverse, and cares about its employees.

Cons

ArsenalBio is a start up and work is fast-paced, with sometimes changing priorities. Be aware of this - not necessarily an issue but may not be for everyone.

ArsenalBio has a bold vision to create transformative CAR T therapeutics integrating an array of cutting edge technologies. The energy, creativity, productivity and can-do spirit of the team is infectious and inspiring. The science being conducted is top-notch and is held to the highest standard by an outstanding scientific management team and scientific advisory board. Aside from the science, ArsenalBio goes to great lengths to support the human side of the equation. There are generous benefits and regular recognition of the individuals whose efforts drive the company forward. Management goes to great lengths to ensure that recognition is widely shared, and that people's needs are well supported.

Cons

This is a fast-paced environment with priorities that shift with developing data. If you're looking for slow and steady this might not be a good fit.
