Leadership is clear and provide transparent decision-making and goals. There is a sense of excitement at work and knowledge that all employees' voices and ideas are valued and considered. Projects are driven by matrixed teams which helps with visibility across the organization.

Cons

A sense of urgency and organization: it sometimes feels like we are building the plane as we are flying

Pros

Amazing leadership team with an incredible depth of experience and trust in their teams. The ongoing research is top-notch and at the forefront of the field. The wealth of talent is inspiring. The leadership has a great vision for what the company can accomplish and realistic goals for how to get there. There has been a lot of effort to develop an inclusive culture and to ensure everyone has a good work-life balance. Great compensation and benefits. It is very evident in his leadership style that the CEO (Ken) has successfully managed several companies previously and knows how to accomplish ambitious goals while maintaining an engaged and inspired team.

Cons

There are a lot of very capable scientists and there was some difficulty initially prioritizing ideas. However, this has mostly been figured out and I don't believe it will remain an issue.
