Pros

The science behind the technology is really good. Good benefits, generous time off.

Cons

ArsenalBio is one of the most toxic places I have worked at. I really regret joining this company when I had many other great opportunities. If you are a PhD and if you want to build a career please run away from this place.

Management is inexperienced and constant fire-fighting, the cash burn rate is insanely high for a 220 person firm

Good pay and lots of collaboration with some of the smartest people in the field.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities. Managers and colleagues steal credit to move forward, meaning you have to be vigilant about displaying your work > hard working.
