Great place to work, but maybe not for every type of personality

Pros

High quality science, highly collaborative, open communication with management, strong leadership, great benefits, wonderful people. I absolutely love working at Arsenal, It's an ambitious, agile, innovative company with smart scientists who are working hard to make an impact.

Cons

Not totally a con, but note about culture/company - Arsenal bio is very much a 'start-up' in essence - The science moves quickly and everyone involved needs to be committed, agile-minded, ready for change/new challenges and willing to work hard. For some (like me) this is a great environment, but for others it can be difficult to navigate and frustrating.

Pros

Arsenal is a highly matrixed and collaborative organization where innovation is driven by all of its employees. While I have been a part of a numerous organizations, Arsenal sets itself apart in how it supports diversity of thought and experience while championing core values that celebrate humility, transparency, sustainability and a philosophy that we are all on One Team. The Science is truly groundbreaking and has the potential to transform the way that cell therapies are engineered, bringing a powerful new approach to therapeutic development. All-in-all, Arsenal is a place that excites me to come to work and rewards me with a new learning experience every day.

Cons

The only thing I would consider a con is that the company does not have unlimited funds to explore the clinical potential of all of the innovative science and data that is generated in-house.
