Pros

None that can be mentioned

Cons

The leadership team of the Saratoga campus is completely disorganized, hardly visible. The organization needs to improve in their conduct and treatment of employees. The directors always expects everyone to figure things out without any formal training, is not very approachable and does not have manners, people facing skills, and social ethics in talking to staff, no management skills to help employees grow. There has been no positive praise for work performance. There is no room for growth into a full time role, for part time staff members. FDAs are expected to deal with parent questions on their own. The whole academy lacks management, structure. Future parents/ employees do not apply to this Saratoga academy, where the environment is very toxic, where your work will not be appreciated. Program wise-There is no detailed training. There needs to be management training for leadership staff to be clear in expectations, technology programs, and operational issues/parent questions.

Pros

The campus staff is very supportive and understanding. There is a great sense of community at the Morrisville campus. If you are in need, the team will not only respond, but make you a part of the process to ensure you are confident moving forward.

Cons

There are limited options for moving into full-time roles.

Pros

keurig machine that is all

Cons

Management couldn't care less about your job, corporate hates you basically. Also bad company overall for deleting negative real reviews and posting positive fake reviews.
