Pros

Collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication. Positive culture focused on learning, growth, and helping others succeed. Opportunity to work with passionate educators who care deeply about student development.

Cons

Fast-paced sessions can sometimes make it challenging to give every student extended individual attention. Schedule can depend heavily on student availability and program timing.

Pros

We write and teach the absolute best in Math curricula The people writing our textbooks and teaching our courses care deeply about students, as does our CEO

Cons

The HQ environment is something out of the Twilight Zone. Nearly half of the Managers, Directors, and VPs have little or no work experience outside AoPS, so even simple, standard work anywhere else is a convoluted one-off of outdated guesses here. We brought in a few experienced outsiders the past few years and it seemed to be on a path to introducing standard business methods, modern applications and operations. But the old guard ran protected its legacy processes and ran off or beat down anyone who brought in new ideas.
