Great place to work!

Pros

Super flexible job, I love being able to work whenever I want. The kids are really fun to work with, and the energy in the classroom is always really high. I've also loved getting to know the instructors in the courses. It also provides great opportunities for further professional development.

Cons

While I've loved getting to know the instructors, as it's a work-from-home job, I rarely get to talk to anyone face to face. It's a little weird to work for a company where I have never seen anyone in real life, or even face to face.

Pros

Very flexible hours/schedule. High pay relative to most jobs available to high school/college students. Fun experience engaging with advanced middle/high school students and solving challenging problems.

Cons

Some minimal training required. Should be fairly proficient in high school mathematics and some experience in math contests would be helpful. Of course, this isn't a problem if you were a beneficiary of AoPS's resources as a high school student.

Pros

Online, you set your own schedule if you are a grader. Helping students is rewarding and the pay is good. No benefits, but it is a part time job. I got my position through a friend; I don't believe they take open online applications.

Cons

Not many cons come to mind. There's a little bit of training to get the hang of the online classroom, but after that it is smooth sailing.
