Pros

Pay is good, platform is easy to use. Feedback system well oiled. well organized. Point system for employees to compete

Cons

Too many people vying for limited work. Most of the time there is no work to be done. Have to get up early to have anything to do

Pros

-Work with kids who love math and want to be there, as a grader and as an assistant in online classes. Younger kids are so much fun in class! Also, students really appreciate the feedback you give when grading. - Set your own schedule for grading, you can grade as many/few hours as you have the time for - Great pay for college students - You are also paid for the time you spend preparing to assist for classes, not just the time you are actually in class assisting

Cons

- None! Maybe some more updates/clean-ups for class scripts from time to time would be nice.
