Care about delivering high-quality content and sharing a joy for learning. Very easy to communicate with and adaptable to individual circumstances.

Cons

For the Lumen program: occasional technical difficulties with online teaching, insufficiently thought-through classroom setups, not much opportunity to be creative with lesson plans.

Art of Problem Solving is awesome to work for. They give you all the materials to teach, and you just have to do it! You can select as many or as few classes as you want, and you will get paid for training as well.
