-Hands on experience -Opportunity to specialize in a specific area

Cons

-Rigorous training program with extremely high expectations -Have to have a specific personality -Low pay for the amount of work you are doing for your Territory Manager -Thrown into high intensity work environments right off the bat -Sporadic work schedule. Never knowing what your morning, day, or evening will look like -No diversity whatsoever
