Pros

The people and culture are great. Everyone’s friendly and always willing to help. The on-site gym and sports facilities are awesome and really bring the Arthrex community together.

Cons

The work can feel a bit routine at times, and growth within the company can be pretty slow.

This company cares! No company is perfect nor will it fit every shoe. However, I have witnessed how this company goes out of its way to accommodate employees the best that they can.

Cons
