Great company to work for. The training, products and people are second to none. Flexible schedule depending on client base.

Cons

Lots of travel for the role and in many cases the role doesn't reimburse for expenses. Very high sales goals. No concrete vacation/PTO time. Pay structure is typically monthly (depends on distributorship). Not your typical 8-5 job.

Amazing environment you wont meet many people with a bad attitude here, great supporting management and a lot of PTO

Cons

Low base pay and you really have to have your connections or a degree to move to a respected salary or hourly wage
