Good pay range. Everything there is about money. If you bring home money, youre in their good graces.

Cons

They dont care about people. Management is old and ignorant, and the whole place is a walking #MeToo disaster waiting to be exposed.

Pro-employee environment. They work hard to keep employees happy. Lots of room for advancement, tons of perks and bonuses. Best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

Some jobs can be very repetitive, but working on the manufacturing side of things that to be expected.
