I did forge meaningful connections with some incredible individuals during my time there, and I'm profoundly thankful for those relationships. Nevertheless, great benefits and free meals pale in comparison to the mental strain and toxic environment I encountered.

Cons

Their purported commitment to feedback rings hollow when any attempt to voice concerns results in retaliatory measures. The culture they tout is merely a façade, masking the pervasive toxicity that permeates the corporate environment. Stick to your values.

Arthrex as a company is great. They allow people in management to verbally abuse employees and consistently lie. Even though HR has been apprised they do nothing.
