- The owner has a great outlook on what he wants his organization to be - Business has excellent benefits - If you are willing to put in the time, the pay is good

Cons

The company tries to create a "team" environment but ignores the individuals that make and maintain a toxic environment. Complaints create problems and are usually turned back around on the complainer. Not all areas have issues, so watching others enjoy their work is hard. Naples, in general, does not have many options outside of Arthrex, which is why people stay and feel stuck.
