It's a job and if you need them the benefits a pretty good, especially the PTO
Cons
hiring from within only if you are the buddy or family. you will be expected to work like a dog. They claim open door policy but what good does that do if they do nothing about the numerous issues. I've been in manufacturing for over 20 years in several places through out the US and this place is the worst. If you know your job and think you are growing you need to be prepared for a huge let down if you aren't kissing your Manager's butt. The owner is a good person and he needs to get on top of this hole.
