Pros

Amazing products with a pipeline that does not stop. Private company that is able to adapt and be mobile in an ever changing market. You truly feel like you are making a difference by selling the top tier products. Awesome reputation amongst surgeons.

Cons

Distributor model can lead to some difficulties. Huge variations between the way distributorships are run. Some have amazing infrastructure and others nickel and dime people. Your mileage may vary with regards to your Arthrex experience as long as this business model is in place.

Time wasted on irrevalnt trainings and meetings Parking Very difficult to advance in some departments Monetary compensation is to low when compared to the cost of living in SWFL Raises are given annually, but rarely exceed 4% regardless of merit Hours can be very demanding, often exceeding 45 hours/wk
