There are many pros of being a sales rep. Very flexible schedule, great one on one opportunities to grow business. The training Arthrex provides during the first few months is phenomenal.

Cons

The downsides to working as a sales representative for this company is that it is a 100% commission schedule once you complete required training. In addition, there is no reimbursement for gas, credentialing, and other expenses.
