Cons

Terrible manager - clearly shows racial bias. Underpaid (well below the national average) No work-life balance. Team is headed in the wrong direction due to poor management. Not allowed to work from home

Being in the OR with MD's Helping MD's with surgery when needed Day to day changes and is not a normal 9-5 job

Cons

Very cut throat industry. Lay offs happen all the time, not just with this company. After 6 months of base you are put on 100% commission Zero benefits are given Training is promised but after the 6 months when you take your test this disappears. Supposed to work as a team but, it is sales and everyone wants it for themselves. Will use you as a driver to pick up and drop stuff off for the first year.
