Cons

Where to start: Toxic Burnout Culture. Work-life balance is impossible, most days are 10 hours up to 18. Lack of Leadership. Lack of Accountability. Cover Ups. Lack of Diversity. Lack of Equality. High Turnover. No Training provided (nor time for self directed learning) . No employee engagement . Customer complaints not listened to, responded to or acted upon. Systems do not support level of business / growth . Arrogant. Globally litigious.

Lunch on Friday for all staff at Frenchs Forest office, New Office with good location

Worst Company I have ever worked for. Global IT team does not give any access to local IT team. Local IT team has no access not even to reset password.
