The benefits are great. You get reimbursed for gym membership and "free" healthcare as long as you test negative for nicotine. Yeah, not discriminating against smokers at all.

Cons

Management is ridiculous now. The company culture started out great. But, then they decided, instead of promoting from within, to promote from outside the company. Then, these fantastic "leaders" bring the crappy culture from their last job to this one.
