      great co workers, always team work

      mangers have favoritism. They only talk to the ones the like the most. if you go out of your way they still wont thank you. there are to many chiefs then Indians. one will tell you something then next one will tell you something different.

      Pros

      Good way into medical device industry. If you understand how to play office politics and play the office game you can do well. The products are best in class.

      Cons

      BEWARE! This distributorship is totally about office politics. There is also no opportunity for advancement into the "prestigious" territory manager role and if you don't play office politics and the popularity contest game you have no shot. Management will tell you there is opportunity but they just massage associates into their roles and let them rot. You will also spend all your money on your car ("car allowance" is a small fraction of what it costs to do your job-no other benefits) and you work until you drop (12-16 hour days often). Territory managers cover up how much work their associates work and upper management doesn't really get it.
