So no, that doesn't speak about the company, rather it shows how crappy Naples economy is.

There are not too many cons to working at Arthrex. At times the job can have pressure added because the expectations are fairly high depending on which department you work in. This goes with any good job because it shows the importance of what you do and that people are relying on you.
