Pros

Arthrex products are sold through distributorships. The distributorships are usually small locally owned businesses. The schedule is flexible. The environment is very laid back.

Cons

The distributorships do not invest money in training. The pay is extremely low. They tell you that you have the ability to make hundreds of thousands of dollars, but that is not the case at all. The management views sales reps as disposable. They do not value their employees. They do not offer a 401K and the vacation time is only one week a year.

Cons

Please stop micro-managing the employees in the finishing department. When no supervised or lead is there on Saturday everyone works hard to get the produce to the next department.
