      Great place to work but ridiculous policies

      -Feed you lunch, approx $20-30 meal -120 PTO hr on 1st day, 7.7 Hr accrued every month -Paid Vacation every 5 Years -401k matched -Medical 100% paid by employer -Numerous discounts

      -Ridiculous policies -1 min clock in late = warning -30 min lunch, but takes 5-10 min in line to receive meal -10 hr work day, may work up to 12 hr, but 1 min after 12 hrs = warning -calling in sick less than 24hr = warning -seen on phone = warning -vape/smoking items seen = warning 5 warnings = termination,

      Terrible manager - clearly shows racial bias. Underpaid (well below the national average) No work-life balance. Team is headed in the wrong direction due to poor management. Not allowed to work from home
