Starting to add new leaderships that have top down approach New management and leadership do not have technical background and knowledge depth to make good decision. Because the lack of engineering/technical knowledge, result in not having convincing road map and product strategies. No supportive argument when challenged by Engineering Mostly white men on leadership team with zero cultural awareness If you're a minority that want to make useful products and be a leader in the future, look else where. This private company took the easiest path as it scale, which is to operate like a corporation. And it's starting to lose the true value of a small private company. When you lose the true value you lose your best people.
