Cons

They talk about a lot of opportunity to move up in the company but they seldom hire people because of their merit, it's based more on who you know.

Great benefits, great work atmosphere, high professionalism.

Cons

Low pay, some supervisors are kind of rude, they moved all manufacturing jobs 45 miles east to some isolated location (Ave Maria) and for the pay I didn't think it was worth it.
