      Pros

      This company fosters the creative energy to develop innovative products for its customers. Surgeons and healthcare staff are the focus and priority. - Great benefits: Health insurance PPO, 401k, Dental, Arthrex Medical Facility for checkups/bloodwork - Great products: best-in-industry portfolio means continual success, even despite the market pressures - PTO is better than industry standard - "Do-it-yourself" mentality - we are empowered to make decisions and drive projects to end results.

      Cons

      - Tuition reimbursement could be better - Organization is flat, so career progression is a bit harder here than other companies

      Pros

      Reinhold has great vision. The learning and hands on resources are great. Heavy investments in MedEd, Audio Visual equipment, production equipment and in the facilities in general are all a big plus too. Great product portfolio. Great surgeon engagement.

      Cons

      Getting too big. Many "process" people are being hired who don't know anything about the business or about product. It is unclear the real value all of these extra bodies brings. The different departments often get stuck in their own silo. More cross pollination between product specialties would be good. HR leadership is too political and is not really looking out for the company's best interest (in my opinion). Despite this, morale seemed generally high.
