      There is nothing positive about Arthrex.

      Awful place to work for. It is all about friendship and favoritism. Lack of communication very unqualified upper level management

      Pros

      Arthrex products are sold through distributorships. The distributorships are usually small locally owned businesses. The schedule is flexible. The environment is very laid back.

      Cons

      The distributorships do not invest money in training. The pay is extremely low. They tell you that you have the ability to make hundreds of thousands of dollars, but that is not the case at all. The management views sales reps as disposable. They do not value their employees. They do not offer a 401K and the vacation time is only one week a year.

      Benefits with the exception of their contracted short/long term/FMLA administrators over the last 3-4 years

      Cons

      Where to start…if you are female expect to be sexually harassed, and then the harrasser to be promoted to Senior Management. Acknowledged by HR, and their Director. Harasser not disciplined, only required to apologize behind closed doors alone with victim. Expect years of loyalty, and going above, and beyond to not be rewarded. If you do not have a degree that will be utilized as the excuse for you to not be promoted. Expect favoritism, and discrimination, at all levels. General lack of professionalism in Manufacturing.
