Arthur Marshall Response
12yArthur Marshall values all our employees and prides ourselves on having a professional business atmosphere where respect is paramount. It's inescapable that in the sales industry some people will have a less than satisfactory experience at any given company, but we believe that is by far the exception rather than the rule at Arthur Marshall.
In regards to pay, there is a base salary plus commission for all sales/recruiting positions. Base salary is based on sales and industry experience, and commissions are uncapped and increase the more you produce. We believe our base salaries to be in line with those of competitors in the physician recruiting industry.
Arthur Marshall understands the importance of a motivated sales staff and does not withhold commissions. The delay referenced above is most likely due to that fact that commissions pay out the following month, e.g. business sold in March pays out at the end of April. If for some reason a client missed an invoice due date, that could possibly delay the commission by a month but that is so rare as to be negligible.
If you have been in a competitive sales environment for long, you know that it is not a fit for all individuals. Our firm has experienced periods where the turnover is not at acceptable levels, but we are constantly working on ways to make sure we are hiring people that will be able to be successful in their roles. We believe in comprehensive interviewing and careful selection of candidates to insure their success with our firm. Growth is impossible with turnover and we are on pace to grow extensively in 2014 and beyond.
