      Pros

      Professional environment comprised of professional people that work hard to provide excellent service for their clients and candidates. Problems get solved quickly and effectively. Client needs are always top of mind and our internal directives reflect our focus on customer service. In-office communication is respectful. Goals are challenging but attainable and the financial rewards are above average, especially compared to other similar firms, for those that do what they are expected to do. There are decades of experience here and everyone helps each other to accomplish both company and individual goals.

      Cons

      There is not a deli in the building.

Thank you for choosing to work here. P.S. We may not have a deli, but I hear the VP of Recruiting makes a MEAN Protein Shake!

      Pros

      The culture they have built here is outstanding! For the first time in a long time, I look forward to going into the office!! I recently had some health issues, and the leadership team here couldn't have been more accomodating and helpful throughout the whole process. Never once did I fear my job was in jeopardy or anything like that, instead I was encouraged to take the time I needed to recover. Additionally, the leadership team works closer with production than any company I had previously been with. Bottom line, this is a great place to grow with unlimited potential.

      Cons

      It's about a 30-minute drive from my house, but the drive isn't THAT bad when you get to work with these people.

When one of our people are experiencing problems related to their health it is incumbent upon us as a company to do provide whatever support necessary to help them get better.       Great environment, HUGE growth potential, leaders that really care!

      Pros

      A small company that is growing, senior leadership listens to everyone's ideas and implements them where appropriate. Relaxed atmosphere, everyone keeps their head down and works very hard for a common goal. Very real and reachable goals. Leadership does not believe in micromanagement, we are all adults that are driven!

      Cons

      The Internet could be faster, also the ice machine could be bigger! :)

      Thank you for the kind words. We try our hardest to make everyone happy, it is not always easy, but it is always worth it. P.S. I agree on the Ice Machine! Perhaps we can band together and stop our resident bodybuilder from stealing it all!
