I have been working at Arthur Marshall for about two years. There has been more growth in my career and life in these past two years then ever before. The owners have a true open door policy that allows for free flow of innovation. If you feel held back by parameters outside of your control and are ready for a change then this is the place for you.

Cons

The only downside of Arthur Marshall is the size of the company. While this may be a downside in some aspects it allows for unlimited opportunity. I had worked at two large organizations in the past and with both positions there was a glass ceiling. This is due to how the organization set up and the amount of opportunity available. Also, any changes that need to be made are made very quickly, which is attributed to our size.

Everyone in the office genuinely cares about one another and knows that the path of success often requires that assistance of other, who are all willing to lend experience. Arthur Marshall has great intradepartmental collaboration it provide innovative ways to improve processes to streamline your work. We have a great office culture of professionals that like to cut up once in awhile but roll up their sleeves when necessary.

Cons

Healthcare recruitment is a tough industry. Like almost all sales jobs, you are going to hear the word no several times before getting to that yes. Can take a little while to taste success, nature of the business. Low times are low and the only way to dig out is do the little things right (dial the phone).
