Never a dull moment, challenged daily in all areas whether it be a new product launch, an service part that has been flagged with Quality concerns or helping with a safety issue. This kind of activity sharpens trouble shooting and hones an array of skills.

Cons

Constant change in managers, I had 9 in the last11 years...this led to unstable ground as it was like starting a new job every so many months. I ended up feeling left out of the day today and lost purpose...
