Pros

Younger group of managers that are talented. The have good benefits and nice a workout facility. They have a good core group of people that make it enjoyable to work there.

Cons

Company pays profit sharing and they sell it like it is expected that you will make a certain amount of money that will make up for average wages. Their payout for profit sharing underwhelms. Need to work on implementation of good ideas.

Pros

Fair pay, but still low for unskilled labor versus easy labor in the area. Decent insurance. Slow to moderate pace.

Cons

Weak union. Lines down a lot for various reasons. Car market is slow right now. So, lower than normal jobs, but overtime due to breakdowns. It's normal to work 3 weekends in a row (6-7 days a week). Understaffed in all areas. 50+% of workforce retiring in next 3 years.
