Throughout the pandemic, we paused Senior Leader visits to our warehouses including those from Aamir, our co-founder/ CEO. They are, however, back to traveling again to our locations, for visits that include ridealongs, days in the warehouse, and open forum discussions to ensure our Particles are heard. - Carlyn
