Thanks for leaving a review, and I'm glad you appreciate the pay and benefits. We make sure our drivers and warehouse Particles have some of the best pay and benefits (high pay, 3 weeks vacation + 7 paid holidays + 6 wellbeing days, flexible schedules, great insurance, paid maternity/paternity, etc.). I'm sorry to hear your comments around judgement and potential favoritism. In our bi-annual internal survey, we see an overwhelming positive sentiment towards fairness and camaraderie. We're always working to improve though, and I'll take this feedback to our People and Culture team to see how we can action this. -Sean

Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm glad to hear you felt taken care of through our pay, benefits and shifts. I'm sorry your experience with management wasn't where you wanted it to be. In a recent survey we took, an overwhelming majority of Particles mentioned managers being the reason they loved working here. The largest themes around that were feeling heard, cared for, and things being fair for everyone. We're still growing though, and we'll take this feedback to keep focusing on providing a great work experience for everyone. -Sean

Pros

Good Pay, 4 Day Work Week, Decent Benefits, Roth IRA program, Vesting Stock Options,

Cons

Management can sometimes be untrusted. A lot of micromanagement which could be annoying. Also a lot of misinformation about how things should operate. The Warehouse segment of working is daunting and the Hounding for Taking our Time out in the field is also frustrating. The Random Sundays with No way to complete our full shift because most of the ware house is closed and there's nothing to do when we return from our route. The Lack of Training, We're expected to operate a specific way without being instructed or informed of the new changes that come. Hasn't been a 6 month period without a significant change and needing to adapt to a new way of operating. There's team meetings without the full crew and the lack of information sharing after those team meetings is neglectful. We have good Team Members and some poor supervisors. They skate by doing the minimal work. They Move the Newest Employees up into higher position without accounting for them trying to pass probation with decent marks. Team members overlooked for promotion because of arbitrary reasons that do not consist of the job title.
