Over the many years I spent with the company, I am disappointed in my wage and small pay increases over what I deserve

I’m sorry to hear we couldn’t align with what you were looking for. We do try to issue merit increases fairly. For the WA warehouse, we started at $15 in 2019, then moved it to $17.50 in 2020, then increased to $20.50 in 2021. We always try to take care of our Particles — whether that’s above-market pay, 3 weeks vacation (plus holidays), or great health insurance. -Sean
