Pros

Article is a rapidly growing company with ambitious plans to continue this growth. The opportunity to generate and implement new ideas is huge and there is a strong culture in upper management of encouraging new ways of thinking and working.

Cons

Usual growing pains from a company undergoing a large expansion in both business function and head count e.g. office space, under developed processes etc. While these challenges may prove difficult for someone looking for a role with more structure it does make the company an attractive option for someone looking to influence the direction of the company.

- Startup environment where you're constantly learning - Company is growing rapidly and has ambitious growth plans - Positive atmosphere - CEO works very closely with all teams and everyone has the opportunity to have a real impact on the business - Free snacks!

Cons

- Given the rapid growth space in the office has been a challenge (moving to a new office later this year)

Cons

Lots to do and not enough people, so sometimes things can get backlogged, but it's showing progress everyday!
