1. An amazing company to start work at - great projects, great starting cohort and great learning experiences 2. Amazing culture in certain offices and regions 3. Easy to move and travel around the world

Cons

1. Poor pay increases even if you are above the pack 2. Even more demotivating is when poor performers receive roughly the same pay increases 3. Some regions and offices have poor and entrenched leadership
