Great projects and people but poor leadership and no focus on career development

Pros

Great projects and a chance to work with excellent people from all over the world Friendly, informal and "family" style atmosphere Ability to do what you want with little top-down interference

Cons

Very little focus on career development, you are very much left to your own devices In-house training is straight from the 90s, and little opportunity for external training Leadership is absent and very cliquey, ultimately having little to no interest in staff at lower levels

good culture, friendly people, benefits - typically all offices are at a prime location. Also the projects are very high profile and interesting

Cons

not the highest salary - makes up for it with all other aspects in my opinion. there is overtime pay and profit sharing.
