      Lots of development opportunities with great people. You get lots of responsibility and get to work on some really interesting, industry-leading projects

      Pros

      Despite being known as the company who designed many well known high profile building with big name architect, work life balance in day to day routine is very good. Culturally the company always go above and beyond to tackle challenges. this is the place to learn to be a good engineer partly due to a vast collection of project done by Arup dated all the way to the Sydney opera house. there's lesson to be learned in each project.

      Cons

      The office looks like typical working office place. It can be boring at times. it is lacking "Fun" elements to keep employee wants to go to office.
