1. High challenging projects 2. Great knowledge sharing 3. Good at international cooperation 4. Easy to transfer your working place into different countries
Cons
1. Normal pay 2. Long annual leave but low profit share 3. OT everyday but less efficient 4. Only few major office (like London) have resource to support high challenging design or technical research. Most of office are just under the halo of a famous name, and struggling in money.
