Pros
It really is a "people company". The kind of place where everybody is important and treated like the best thing since sliced bread. Satisfaction and exit surveys are actually acted on, processes are transparent, you can easily speak with everyone from CEO to interns and the parties/ events are pretty epic. Probably the best company I've worked in.
Cons
Some processes are still unstructured which works on some level but not on others. A lot of growing pains visible as indicative of a growing company.
