Bad pay Poor management who favor short-term profits for shareholders over product success Unproductive & toxic environment, makes you work over christmas due to bad scheduling Managers who contribute nothing, most projects always has 1-2 managers who just micromanage you and ask for updates. That's it. They have no knowledge of the product, no IT experience and you can in detail explain an issue to them and they just repeat it like a parrot for customers then forget about it. 1-2 days later they'll come with the same issue and go full panic mode. Just remove the middle management
