Extremely toxic

Pros

You can work on a lot of projects and you’re trained what not to do when you leave for your next company. You learn how to find better people and nip toxic work culture in the bud.

Cons

They lie. Upper leadership lie for each other and cover things up. They sleep around. A lot of managers sleeping with direct reports. Refusal to pay what your worth and expectations are never achievable as they are set way too high.

Pros

1. Free meals and snacks for on-site employees. 2. Modern office with well-equipped pantry and facilities. 3, Hybrid work model 2 days onsite

Cons

1. Stagnant Career Growth - Promotions are rare. Some employees remain in associate-level roles for many years with no clear development path. 2. Poor Leadership & Toxic Management Style - Managers often focus on nitpicking mistakes rather than offering constructive feedback. - Escalations are frequent and unnecessary, which promotes anxiety, discourages collaboration, and fosters a defensive work environment. - HR appears to have excessive influence, with KPIs seemingly tailored more to HR preferences than actual business needs. 3. Lack of Empathy & Psychological Safety - Team leaders often lack soft skills and emotional intelligence. - A fear-based management style hinders innovation and employee growth. 4. Questionable Diversity - Despite diversity claims, leadership and crucial roles appear to be filled primarily by individuals from similar local backgrounds, with limited representation from international or cross-cultural perspectives.
