Cons
Poor leadership. Long work hours. Disorganized. Toxic workplace with lots of gossiping, favoritism, and severe cases of nepotism. So many people from all levels of the organization, especially in Louisville do not get along. If you’re not part of a click, they’ll bully and target you until you finally decide to leave. They have the worst HR department in Louisville and this is where toxicity comes from. Their HR leaders is not genuine and will do whatever is told to them. No backbone and no real achievements nor positive impact on anything. Don’t waste your time with these people. Run.
