Overtime, easy work, cafeteria in building, long training sessions, free food for the extra long shifts

Cons

Poor management, dead end, low pay, a lot to memorize, irrelevant step by step instructions, poor work environment, 16 hour shifts at the end of every month

Good training, good hours, coworkers are great. Supervisors are open to new ideas. Open door policy when it comes to talking to management.

Cons

Low starting wage. Raises are small and far between. Short lunch break. Could be more open about what and how to advance. As well as what the rewards of advancement are.
